One place to keep your listings up to date

Your properties are already in your agency software. That is where you enter a new property, change a price or mark a home as sold. A poster in the window does not change by itself: someone has to print it, put it up and take it down again.

A shop window display with an integration takes that work off your hands. Whatever you change in your agency software is in your shop window within a few hours. You keep your listings up to date in one place, and your window follows.

What you see change on the screen

As soon as your screen is linked, it follows your agency software:

• A new property appears within a few hours, with its photo, price, town and main features.
• A new price is on the screen the same day.
• A sold or let property disappears, or stays for a while with a banner. You choose this at the start.
• A property under offer can get the label "under offer".

A Belgian agency also sees the EPC label with its score, the urban planning information and the flood risk scores. A Dutch agency sees the energy label and the asking price excluding purchase costs or the monthly rent. If the internet fails, the screen shows the latest properties it had.

Agency software in Belgium and the Netherlands

For Belgian estate agencies, we link Whise, Omnicasa, Zabun and Skarabee. For Dutch estate agencies, we link Realworks, Move, Kolibri, Pararius Office, Pyber and Eyemove.

Each package has a page of its own. There you can read what changes on your screen if you work with that agency software. If your agency software is not listed, request a proposal anyway. We will build the integration for your agency.

How we start

You request a proposal. We contact you within two working days and visit you with an installation partner from your region. The partner advises you on a screen that suits your shop window.

After that, you give us access once, and we choose a design together with you. From the day the screen goes up, we monitor it remotely. You carry on working in your agency software as you are used to.
