What you get

What digital screens bring your café or restaurant

A menu with nothing crossed out

You take off a dish that has sold out or change a price before service begins. No chalkboard full of additions and no reprinted menu.

Guests who order one more thing

A photo of the dessert or of the chef's suggestion catches the eye more than a line on the menu. Guests who see it are quicker to order it.

Passers-by who come in

The screen in your window shows passers-by your dish of the day and your terrace. Anyone who has not yet decided where to eat already sees what is on the plate at your place.

Screens for cafés, restaurants and brasseries

Your menu changes with the seasons, your dish of the day every day and your prices more than once a year. A chalkboard has to be rewritten every time, and a printed menu is soon out of date. Will Impress shows your menu on screens that you update in a few clicks, in the style of your business. A menu board on a screen is also called digital signage. You pay €39 per screen per month, on an annual contract.

We worked out an example for two spots: the bar and the window. The screens on this page belong to one brasserie, with a green board, cream lettering and copper, just as a customer receives them from us.

At the bar counter, behind the bar or on the dining room wall, a menu board shows your dish of the day, your suggestions and their prices. Your guests read it from their table, and your staff no longer have to list the suggestions at every table. When a dish runs out, you take it off before the next guest asks for it.

Screen in the window for passers-by

A screen hangs in the window, facing the street. It shows passers-by the dish of the day with a photo and the price, and in good weather that your terrace is open. Anyone standing on the pavement in two minds decides there whether to come in.

Weekly menu, terrace and closing day

One screen shows more than one image. Your three-course weekly menu, an aperitif on the terrace, the game season or your Christmas menu each get their own design in your style. The screen alternates between them. On your closing day, the window shows when you are open again.

From the first meeting to the first service

You request a proposal. We get in touch and visit you with an installation partner from your region. Together we look at where the screens will hang: which wall everyone can see from their table, and how much sun falls on your window.

Then we design the screens in the colours and lettering of your business and set up your menu, your dish of the day and your opening hours. The partner mounts the screens. From then on, we monitor them remotely. If something goes wrong, we usually notice before you do.

What you still do yourself

Almost nothing. You add a new dish of the day, take off a dish that has sold out or change a price in a few clicks, in your own account, even from the kitchen. Would you rather not do it yourself? Then we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. The screen and its installation are a one-off quote from an installation partner in your region. More about pricing

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which cafés and restaurants are digital screens suitable for?

For any business with a menu and a counter, a bar or a window. A café, a brasserie, a restaurant, a café-restaurant, a bistro or a lunch bar, but also a chip shop, a snack bar or the bar of a hotel. We design the screens for your business and your guests.

How many screens does my café or restaurant need?

Usually one or two: a menu board at the bar for guests inside and a screen in the window for passers-by. Your installation partner looks at your premises and tells you what works. Each screen costs €39 per month.

Who adds the dish of the day and the suggestions to the screens?

You do, in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Send us the dish and the price, and we do it for you, for an extra fee, price on request.

Can the screens show my opening hours and closing day?

Yes. Your opening hours, your closing day and the hours when the screens are on: we set them up at the start. You add a holiday closure in a few clicks, so your window shows when you are open again.

What do digital screens for a café or restaurant cost?

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. Design, updates, monitoring and support are included. You pay for the screen and its installation once, on a quote from an installation partner in your region. If you leave the changes to your menu to us, you receive a price on request for that.
