At reception
At reception hangs a screen that welcomes everyone. It shows your opening hours for the week and the weekend, and a chart of the quietest hours of the day. Anyone who would rather train without waiting for a machine knows when it is best to come. At the bottom is an offer for your members, such as a free first class for anyone who brings a friend. Today's class timetable
A second image shows the day's group classes: the time, the class, the studio and whether a coach is there. Each class shows whether there are places left or whether it is full. Anyone who comes in sees at a glance which class is still open and signs up at the desk.
On the gym floor
A screen on the gym floor, near the group studios or at the bar shows what matters there: the class that starts soon, the club's news or this month's offer. It alternates calmly between a few images, in the same style as at reception.
Studio, boxing club or padel club
A yoga or Pilates studio shows the day's classes on the screen, with the studio and the time. A boxing club shows the training sessions by level. A padel club with a bar shows the month's tournaments and the bar menu. Each gets a design in its own style.
How it starts
You request a proposal. We get in touch and visit you with an installation partner from your region. Together we look at where the screen will hang, so that everyone who comes in or stands at the desk can see it.
Then we design the screens in the colours and lettering of your club. Your opening hours and your class timetable: we set them up at the start. The partner mounts the screen. From then on, we monitor it remotely.
What you do yourself
Almost nothing. You mark a class as full, or add a new class or an offer, in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Then we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.
