Your class timetable and your news on a screen at reception

Will Impress mounts a screen at the reception of your fitness centre or gym, with today's group classes, your opening hours and the quietest hours. We design it in your style, install it with a partner from your region and monitor it, for €39 per screen per month. When a class is full, you mark it as full in a few clicks, or you leave it to us.

What you get

What a screen at reception brings your fitness centre

Group classes with fewer empty places

Anyone who comes in sees which class still has places today. Anyone who was unsure about the midday bootcamp can sign up at the desk straight away.

Busy times that spread out

The chart with the quietest hours shows when the gym is least full. People who are free during the day come then, and in the evening people wait for a machine less often.

New members through your members

A free first class for anyone who brings a friend is at the bottom of the screen every day. Your members read it at every workout.

Your reception through the day

The screen alternates calmly between two images. The first welcomes people coming in, with your opening hours for the week and the weekend. Below that is a chart of how busy it is over the day, with the quietest hours in a different colour. At the bottom runs an offer for your members, such as a free first class for anyone who brings a friend.

The second image shows today's group classes: strength in the morning, Pilates and bootcamp around midday, stretch and a cycling class in the evening. Each class shows the time, the studio and whether there are places left. Anyone who comes in sees which class is still open and signs up at reception.

What we set up at the start

We design the screen in the colours and lettering of your club, with your logo. Your opening hours, your quiet hours and the hours when the screen is on: we set them up at the start. We also set up your class timetable for the week, with the studios and the classes as your members know them.

An installation partner from your region mounts the screen behind or next to the desk, so that everyone who comes in or checks in can see it. After that, we monitor it remotely.

What you change yourself

You mark a class as full or cancelled, or add a new class, in a few clicks, in your own account, even from the desk. Would you rather not do it yourself? Send us the text, and we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. The screen and its installation are a one-off quote from an installation partner in your region. More about pricing

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can the screen show which group classes still have places?

Yes. Today's class timetable is on the screen, with the time, the studio and whether there are places left for each class. When a class is full, you mark it as full in a few clicks, in your own account.

How do the quietest hours of my gym get on the screen?

At the start, you tell us when it is quiet, for example from 10 am to 4 pm. We show that in a simple chart over the day. If the busy times shift, you change it in a few clicks.

Can I show an offer for my members on the reception screen?

Yes. You add a free first class for anyone who brings a friend, a new class or a summer offer in a few clicks. Would you rather not do it yourself? Send us the text, and we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

Is the screen on for as long as the fitness centre is open?

Yes, from the first workout to the last. Your opening hours, including weekends and public holidays: we set them up at the start. The screen switches on and off with your hours.

What does a screen for the reception of a fitness centre cost?

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. Design, updates, monitoring and support are included. For the screen and its installation, you receive a single quote from an installation partner in your region.

Ready for your own screen?
