A screen at reception and in the ceremony room

Will Impress mounts a screen at the reception of your funeral home or funeral parlour, with today's ceremonies by ceremony room and by time. In the ceremony room, a second screen shows a calm image or the photos the family chooses. We design it in your style, install it with a partner from your region and monitor it, for €39 per screen per month.

What you get

Calm and clarity for those who come to say goodbye

Families who find their way

At reception, people coming in read in which ceremony room the farewell service takes place and at what time. Families and visitors find their way without having to ask anyone.

Calm at reception

Your staff do not have to give the same explanation to every visitor. Their attention is free for the family they are supporting.

Clarity after the ceremony

The screen shows where the book of condolence is and in which room the coffee reception follows. Anyone who wants to sign or have a drink after the ceremony reads where they can.

At reception

The screen at reception welcomes people as they come in. For each ceremony room or farewell room, it shows the time and the ceremony: a farewell ceremony at half past ten in ceremony room 1, a condolence visit from two to five in ceremony room 2. At the bottom, visitors read where the book of condolence is and in which room the coffee reception follows.

The design stays sober: warm white, soft grey-green and a line drawing of a row of trees. A name only appears on the screen if the family agrees.

In the ceremony room

A second screen in the same style hangs in the ceremony room. It shows a calm photo, such as a row of poplars in the morning mist, with a line in remembrance. If the family chooses its own photos, the screen shows those, one at a time and at a calm pace.

What we set up at the start

We design the screen in the colours and lettering of your funeral home, with your logo. Your ceremony rooms, your other rooms and the hours when the screen is on: we set them up at the start. We also prepare a few calm images for the ceremony room.

An installation partner from your region mounts one screen at reception and the other in the ceremony room, where it does not disturb the ceremony. After that, we monitor them remotely.

What you change for each farewell service

For each farewell service, you fill in the ceremony room, the time and the ceremony, in a few clicks, in your own account. You add the family's photos to the screen in the ceremony room and take them off again after the farewell service. Would you rather not do it yourself? Send us the details, and we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. The screen and its installation are a one-off quote from an installation partner in your region. More about pricing

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the name of the deceased appear on the reception screen?

Only if the family agrees. Without that consent, the screen only shows the ceremony room, the time and the ceremony. Our designs never show a name.

Can the family show its own photos in the ceremony room?

Yes. The family chooses the photos, and you or we add them to the screen in the ceremony room. After the farewell service, you take them off again. If the family does not want photos, a calm image with a line in remembrance stays on the screen.

How do I add a farewell service to the reception screen?

You fill in the ceremony room, the time and the ceremony, in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Send us the details of the farewell service, and we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

Is the screen on for as long as the funeral home is open?

Yes. Your opening hours, including Saturdays and public holidays: we set them up at the start. The screen switches on and off with your hours.

What does a screen for the reception or ceremony room of a funeral home cost?

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. Design, updates, remote monitoring and support are included. You pay for the screen and its installation once, on a quote from an installation partner in your region.
