Screens for the lobby and the façade of your hotel
Will Impress mounts screens in the lobby and on the façade of your hotel or B&B, with a welcome, the weather, your breakfast times and the rooms still available tonight. We design them in the style of your hotel, install them with a partner from your region and monitor them, for €39 per screen per month. You add available rooms or tonight's menu in a few clicks, or you leave it to us.
Choose the situation that suits you
You look after your guests, we take care of the screens.
We design the screens in the style of your hotel and set everything up. Your breakfast times, the check-out time and the hours when each screen is on: we set them up at the start. You add available rooms or tonight's menu in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Then we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.
What screens bring your hotel
A reception with more time
Breakfast, check-out and the weather are on the screen in the lobby. Your reception staff get the same question less often and have more time for guests checking in.
Available rooms that get noticed
The screen on the façade shows until late in the evening that rooms are still available. Anyone walking down the street without a booking can step inside.
A restaurant for those not staying
The chef's menu is next to the available rooms. Passers-by read what is on the table tonight and may book a table.
Screens for hotels, B&Bs and holiday parks
A guest wants to know what time breakfast starts, when they need to check out and what there is to do nearby. Passers-by want to know whether a room is still available tonight. A screen in the lobby and a screen on the façade tell them before anyone asks. Will Impress designs those screens in the style of your hotel, installs them with an installation partner from your region and monitors them remotely. A screen like this is also called digital signage. You pay €39 per screen per month, on an annual contract.
For this page, we worked out an example for one hotel, in midnight blue and sand, just as a customer receives the screens from us.
In the lobby
Next to reception hangs a screen that welcomes your guests, with the date and the weather for today and tomorrow. Below that are the breakfast times and the check-out time. At the bottom are local tips, such as the Saturday market or the bikes you rent out. Read more about the screen in your lobby and on your façade.
On the façade
A screen in the window on the street side shows whether rooms are still available tonight and what your restaurant is serving. Anyone looking for a room or a table reads it without stepping inside. Your installation partner chooses a screen that stays easy to read even in the sun. If the hotel is fully booked, you show your restaurant or your bar on the screen in a few clicks.
B&B, aparthotel or holiday park
A B&B starts with one screen at reception, for breakfast and the host's tips. An aparthotel shows the reception's hours and the number guests call when it is closed. A holiday park shows the day's activities and the swimming pool hours on the screen at reception.
How it starts
You request a proposal. We visit you with an installation partner from your region and look together at where the screens will be seen best.
Then we design the screens in the colours and lettering of your hotel. Your breakfast times, the check-out time and the hours when each screen is on: we set them up at the start. The partner mounts the screens. From then on, we monitor them remotely.
What you do yourself
Almost nothing. You add available rooms, a new menu or a local tip in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Then we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

Frequently asked questions
Which hotels is a lobby screen suitable for?
For any hotel with a lobby or a reception, from a city hotel to a hotel by the sea. A B&B, an aparthotel or the reception of a holiday park also gets a screen for its own property and its own guests.
Do Will Impress screens also go in the hotel rooms?
No. We install screens in the lobby and on the façade. We do not install TVs in the rooms.
Who adds available rooms or a new menu to the screen?
You or your reception staff, in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Send us the text, and we do it for you, for an extra fee, price on request.
Are the hotel's breakfast times shown correctly on the screen by themselves?
Yes. Your breakfast times, the check-out time and the hours when the screen is on: we set them up at the start. If breakfast starts later at the weekend, you add that in a few clicks.
What do screens for a hotel or B&B cost?
€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. Design, updates, remote monitoring and support are included. You pay for the screen and its installation once, on a quote from an installation partner in your region.
