What the €39 per month covers

The monthly price includes:

• the integration with your agency software, such as Whise, Omnicasa, Realworks or Kolibri;
• the design in your house style, with your logo and colours;
• an unlimited number of properties, from one home to your entire portfolio;
• the updates, which we carry out remotely;
• remote monitoring of every screen;
• personal support.

We do not charge separately for setting up the integration and the design. That is included in the monthly price. You pay per screen, not per property or per change to your listings.

What you pay once

You pay for the screen and its installation once. That price is set by the installation partner in your region, because every shop window and every wall is different. A wide window in full sun needs a different screen from a narrow window next to the door. One screen hangs on the wall, another stands on a base. Where the socket is also plays a part.

That is why the partner comes to look first. You receive the partner's quote together with our proposal, so you know the full price before you decide.

Renting or buying the screen

You buy the screen once, together with its installation, on a quote from the installation partner. The Will Impress service is a monthly subscription of €39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. So you do not buy any software or design upfront. Will Impress does not offer renting or leasing of the screen itself. If you would rather rent or lease the screen, ask the partner when you receive the proposal.

The annual contract

You opt for an annual contract. Per screen, that comes to €468 per year, for everything included in the monthly price.

More than one screen

Each screen counts separately. A shop window display and a screen in the waiting area are two screens together, so €78 per month. A second branch costs the same per screen as the first. If there is a screen at every branch, each screen can show only the listings of that office, in one shared house style.

The examples above show what that means per month and per year. The screen and its installation are not included, because they depend on your shop window.

For shops, hospitality and practices

A shop, a café or restaurant and a practice with a waiting room also pay €39 per screen per month. We make the design in your house style and set up everything that can run by itself. After that, you change a menu or an offer yourself in a few clicks.

If you would rather not do that yourself, Will Impress takes it over as a paid extra. You receive the price for that on request. Here too, the screen and its installation go through an installation partner in your region.
