A large number of listings, spread over your branches
An estate agency with several branches has many homes in Realworks. Not every home belongs in every shop window. That is why we set up at the start, for each branch, which homes its screen shows, for example only the homes of that branch itself. You can also limit it to sales or to lettings.
If a branch adds a new home to Realworks, it is on that branch's own screen within a few hours. The screens of your other branches stay as they are. A new asking price follows the same day.
Many homes on one screen
With a large number of listings, a grid can show several homes at once.
Each home shows the main photo, the town, the asking price excluding purchase costs or the monthly rent, and the energy label. Alongside are the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the floor area and the plot or the terrace.
Your house style in every branch

Can we choose per branch which homes from Realworks go on the screen?
Yes. At the start, we set up for each branch what its screen shows, for example only its own homes, or only homes for sale. If you want something different later, let us know.
Do all our listings from Realworks fit on one screen?
Yes. You pay for an unlimited number of homes, and the screen shows them in turn. With a large number of listings, we choose together the layout that reads best.
Does the screen show the asking price excluding purchase costs from Realworks?
Yes, for every home for sale. A rental home shows the monthly rent, and both show the energy label.
What if the screen in one of our branches fails?
We monitor every screen remotely. If something on a screen needs replacing, the installation partner from your region comes to that branch.
Do we pay per branch or per screen?
Per screen: €39 per month, on an annual contract. A branch with two screens therefore pays twice €39. For the screen and its installation, the installation partner prepares a one-off quote per branch.
