A screen in the waiting room of your GP practice

Will Impress mounts a screen in the waiting room of your GP practice, with a welcome, the time, the weather, your opening hours and your practice news. It also shows where your patients can go outside opening hours: 1733 in Belgium, or in the Netherlands the out-of-hours GP service in your region. We design and install it, for €39 per screen per month.

What you get

What a waiting room display brings your GP practice

Fewer calls about your hours

The waiting room shows your consultations, your closing day and the number to call outside opening hours. Anyone waiting reads them and does not need to call about them later.

Campaigns that patients see

When the flu vaccine is on the screen, patients ask about it themselves in the consulting room.

A calm waiting room

A welcome, the time and the weather give people who are waiting something to look at. The noticeboard full of notes can go.

Your waiting room through the day

Anyone who comes in during the morning sees a welcome, the time and today's weather. The screen announces that everyone will be called by name, so your patients can sit down calmly.

Then it switches to your opening hours and your consultations or surgery hours by appointment. News from the practice is added too, such as the flu vaccine in autumn. At the bottom is where your patients can go outside opening hours. In Belgium, that is 1733 for the GP on duty or the GP out-of-hours service. In the Netherlands, it is the out-of-hours GP service in your region, with the GP on duty.

What we set up at the start

We design the screen in the colours of your practice. Your opening hours, your consultations and your closing days: we set them up at the start. The out-of-hours service too, so the right number is on the screen from the first day.

An installation partner from your region mounts the screen where everyone can see it from their chair. After that, we monitor it remotely. If something fails, we usually notice before you do.

What you change yourself

You add a new message, a holiday or the name of a locum in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Send us the text, and we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

The screen shows information for the waiting room, not medical advice. That stays in the consulting room, as do the names of your patients.

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. The screen and its installation are a one-off quote from an installation partner in your region. More about pricing
